Minimum Stays

There is at least a three night minimum on all weekend stays during Tanglewood season.

Dining

For guests of the inn, a complimentary continental breakfast of house-made muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, coffee and tea is served daily. Hot breakfast is available on weekends throughout the year and daily during peak season. Our restaurant is closed except for private parties and breakfast for houseguests.

The restaurant is available for private parties and events throughout the year.

Reservations and Deposits

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required for a stay of two or more nights. A 100% deposit is required for one-night stays and July and August reservations. For reservations made less than two weeks in advance, rooms will be held only if this deposit is paid by credit card at the time of the reservation or outside of two weeks by check. Deposits on reservations made a month or more in advance must be paid by check. The balance at checkout may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds

A minimum 30 days notice prior to your arrival date is needed to refund your deposit, less a $25 administration charge per room. We regret that we cannot make refunds on reservations canceled within 30 days of the arrival date, even in the event of medical or other emergencies. Guests who shorten their stay will be responsible for the total cost of the original reservation.

Confirmations

Guests are requested to check their confirmations carefully to note if we have recorded the correct arrival and departure dates.

Arrivals and Check-outs

Check-in is from 2:00PM and check-out is any time before 11:30Am. Please notify us if you will be checking in after 9:00PM. Arrangements may be made for later check-outs at half the daily room rate.

Additional Person

Rates are quoted for double occupancy. There is a $10 charge for each additional person in a room, and a one-time $15 charge for a cot or porta crib in a room.

Children

Well-behaved children are welcome.

Pets

We regret that pets are never allowed.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Room Tax

5% sales tax and 4.7% local room tax.
